1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. Apologies were received from Bethan Jenkins.
2 Inquiry into Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services - Evidence session 3
The Committee heard evidence from the Association of Educational Psychologists. They agreed to provide a note on the number of local authorities who have delegated budgets to schools.
3 Inquiry into Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services - Evidence session 4
The Committee heard evidence from a representative from the Applied Psychologists in Health Wales Specialists Advisory Group.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
Motion was agreed.
5 Consideration of Committee Forward Work Programme
The Committee considered the forward work programme. They agreed a letter to the Minister for Education and Skills relating to the inquiry on Educational Outcomes of Children from Low Income Households.
